Astute Technical Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to support with recruitment projects nationally and internationally within the sustainable energy market. Key responsibilities:
Identify and develop business opportunitiesBuild and manage your client base by pursuing warm and cold leadsAttend site visits and networking events to expand business connectionsEmploy innovative approaches to win business and stand out against competitorsManage relationships with new and existing client accountsNegotiate terms and offers of employmentCreate compelling and high–quality job adverts
What we require from you:
Proven experience in salesResilience, self–motivation, and a commitment to continuous learningExceptional customer service and relationship–building skillsHighly motivated and target–driven with a strong work ethicOutstanding telephone manner and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
