The Job • You will be provided with the latest platforms and technologies to enable you to build your market knowledge, reach prospects / top talent and build your presence • You will win new business opportunities and nurture clients • Build a specialist division • Manage client relationships, including the full recruitment lifecycle • Coordinate internal resources to aid you in delivering the perfect solutions to your clients • Our highly refined marketing department will support your client development and candidate attraction, providing you with prospects to nurture and develop successful business relationships. The rewards £20,000 - £30,000 Basic depending on experience \* extremely competitive and lucrative uncapped monthly commission plan \* quarter and annual bonuses - uncapped percentage of revenue on top on monthly commissions \* quarterly team incentives including trips abroad and VIP treatment at sporting events \* individual incentives; we´re not all motivated by the same things and so rewards are tailored to what floats your boat!
