Reports to: Area Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Location: Sunderland & Grimsby
Introduction & Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a On–Site Recruitment Consultant looking to take their next step and join the team at Challenge trg Group. Challenge trg Group is a privately owned specialist logistics UK company that has a portfolio of complementary businesses.
It will be your responsibility to manage the complete candidate experience from registration right through to shift allocation, making sure we retain our quality staff. Above all, you'll need to make sure the client's needs are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Day to day management of the clients requirementsDay to day management of a live candidate pool with numbersAchieve and increase performance across targeted KPI'sExcellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company budgetAdhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and driver working time directiveInitial contract to be Monday to Friday 8:00–5:00pm with flexibility on working hours to support the business needs Key Qualifications / Experience
Previous experience on managing a recruitment desk with large blue–chip clients (ideal but not essential)Self–motivated, ambitious and target drivenExcellent communicator who can build strong relationshipsAble to work in a high–pressured environmentTrue desire to be developed and offer growth within the company
