Thrive 48 is excited to be partnering with a dynamic and very successful IT Recruitment agency based in the City, that focuses on supplying perm and contract software development staff into Europe.
With an impeccable reputation and strong 2023 results, they are now seeking driven and ambitious Recruiters to support their growth plans for 2024!
Current areas of focus are Germany, Nordics and Belgium.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to place both contract and permanent staff within the software development space, working within your set niche. Although a 360 role, there is some warmth to the accounts as they have a lot of established relationships in place which you can leverage from.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from identifying client needs to candidate placement and ongoing account management
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across European markets within the software development sector.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Proactively source, identify, and screen high-caliber candidates for contract and permanent positions. Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events,LinkedIn and referrals.
Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a fair and competitive offer is presented and accepted.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the recruitment process.
