Role 

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working in an experienced team of recruiters who are specialist in their discipline (Sport ,Marketing,Events Management ,Professional Services , Executive Search ,Permanent &Retained Recruitment ).  Your role will require you to look after existing clients, an opportunity to bring in new clients,as well as resurrect lapsed clients, whilst targeting areas of growth for the business. 

As a Recruitment Consultant you will 

• Identify immediate areas/sectors to concentrate on and form a strategic plan with the existing team(s) to target increase in clients and spend.
• Identify lapsed clients 
• Re-engage with relevant passed clients.
• Utilise existing clients as information to bring on similar types of new business in the market 
• Identify avenues to bring in new business.
• Work alongside the team of specialist recruiters to service the clients in the Sport ,Marketing,Events Management ,Professional Services , Executive Search ,Permanent &Retained Recruitment Markets .
• Identify new areas/sectors, plan and carry out business development to kick start the new sectors.
• Create marketing strategies relevant to sales/business development activities.

You need to be confident on your sales ability ideally have worked from home or hybrid model previously. Working remotely is not for everyone although with the daily check ins, teams calls and interactive CRM system you will feel part of a team
