Recruitment Consultant Driving Sector . An experienced driving sector, Recruitment Consultant opportunity is now available in the Birmingham area. This role offers a solid foundation of a UK leading recruitment specialist, with a large client database throughout the UK. With their continued and high impact growth in industrial and commercial in the Birmingham area, they are in demand to have a dedicated driving specialist to support and role out the driving desk in the Midlands and create new business opportunities with new clients.

This is a role where you have the support and guidance of experienced management, who are proactive and hands on, but you would have the autonomy to run your own desk and inevitably grow a division in the near future.

Whether you want to base in Worcester of the Birmingham office or work in a hybrid capacity, you will have that flexibility from the outset.

You will be:

• Experience and have run a driving desk as a 360 recruiter, confident in sales, service, compliance and fulfilment.
• Hungry to earn a great commission package on top of basic and have the potential to grow your career with a national, highly successful agency.
• A Resilient and committed recruiter who is ethical and thorough in all aspects of the recruitment process for both the client and the drivers.

The role:

• Create new business opportunities by direct sales, partnership with colleagues in other divisions and sites, fully supported marketing and ideally your own network of contacts.
• Set and manage rates and service agreements bespoke to each site and client.
• Ensure driver registration and mobilisation is fully compliant and in line with driving regulations and company compliance.
• Manage and populate an efficient database.
• Source and manage a team of drivers for permanent, temporary and long term roles, creating a great reputation and retention.
• Work with the company’s network of divisions and branches to create a unified approach and maximise opportunities.

Working standard hours of 8:30 -5pm Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary of up to £35k depending on experience, plus a car allowance of £2400 and a great commission scheme.
