Location: Bury Office

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 DOE with an OTE of £40,000 - £60,000

Commission: Great commission scheme

Role Overview: As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant at KPPS, you will be responsible for managing and growing our engineering recruitment desk. This role offers a warm desk with pre-existing clients and an expectation to develop further and expand the desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to grow the engineering desk.
• Actively source, screen, and interview candidates using our advanced AI technology and pre-recorded interview techniques.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to our ambitious growth objectives.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to both clients and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

What We Offer:

• Competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £45,000 DOE.
