Up to £30,000 base salary (dependent on experience) + Commission

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for healthcare and a drive for success? Our client, a leading healthcare recruitment agency based in Brighton, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with healthcare professionals including nurses, doctors,, and clinical staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Utilise various recruitment methods including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of employment with both clients and candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-driven with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations within the recruitment industry.
