We are actively seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant with a specialization in SAP to join our client’s team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and growing a specialist sector within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP recruitment (Permanent or Contract) and demonstrate a commitment to long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialisation in SAP: Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the SAP landscape to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent for our growing SAP practice.
- Building a Specialist Sector: Work closely with leadership to develop and expand our SAP practice, contributing to the establishment of a niche sector within our organisation.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique SAP requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Engagement: Source, engage, and assess SAP professionals, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in SAP recruitment (Permanent or Contract).
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining specialist sectors.
- Exceptional client and candidate relationship management skills.
- A track record of stability and success in previous roles.
