Location - University of Essex, Colchester
talentED are a specialist recruitment company that support schools in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Kent and London with staffing needs.
We are a team of 15 with aspirations of growing to 25 within the next 24 months. This is an exciting time for all new team members joining the business, as we've upgraded our office furniture, our systems, our office space and company structure all in the support of this growth.
Based in a modern vibrant office on the Essex University campus, we free on-site parking.
Our current team are all earning monthly commission, and being rewarded with team meals, drinks and social events. All of whom are on a clear progression path to promotion to the next salary band and career level - which we set out with you very clearly from day one.

• Full time role in term time, but 9am - 3pm in all half term holidays
• Work from home 1 day a week

• An easy-to-understand commission structure, that is very rewarding on all billings. Average consultants earn between 500 - 1500 per month additional.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in a customer-facing role and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of how to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will enjoy speaking to people both on the phone and face to face. And be able to build rapport with your candidates and clients. Most importantly, you will want to make a difference.

If you are a recent graduate looking to start your career, our framework and promotion plan could see you in a management position within 3 years.

However, what we are looking for above else is someone's willingness to learn, stay motivated, and the ability to work towards a goal.
Having at least 6 months of recruitment experience from any sector would also be a benefit/sought-after skill, but not essential - a sales or target-based background is also highly desirable
