Recruitment Consultant - Legal

Position: Recruitment Consultant Sector: Legal Sector (experience not required) Location: Brighton Salary: c £30,000 per annum OTE £85,000 The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full lifecycle recruitment including business development and ensuring effective recruitment processes. You will be working a legal market within the permanent recruitment sector. How will you spend your days? Business development - prospect and existing business Arranging and attending client meetings Candidate registrations Negotiating terms of employment with prospective clients Account management with existing clients - this is a small part of the role Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification Using various online job boards and social media tools, you will Source, screen applicants, and network with Candidates Update candidate information and activity on our in-house recruitment database Who are you? You will have a minimum of 1 year agency recruitment experience, or strong sales experience with a proven track record of billings. Confident making sales calls Strong face to face skills Well presented Strong work ethic Self-motivated and Enthusiastic Tenacious Great personality Must have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Something about the agency...
