We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on Permanent placements. Our mission is to bridge the gap between exceptional candidates and organisations searching for the perfect fit.

You will be responsible for developing and growing your client base to assist in the success of the branch.
Key responsibilities include:

• Specialising in the permanent or temporary recruitment of Industrial & Commercial personnel.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new clients to ensure a first-class service is delivered to our customers, whilst capitalising on new business opportunities
• Proactively sourcing candidates in the marketplace
• Accountable for driving sales and margin growth to increase branch profitability
• Achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Developing and enhancing the business brand in your chosen market

You will need to be confident in your ability with -

• Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
• Results-orientated mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
• Strong influence, persuasion, and networking abilities
• Self motivation and ambition
