They have experienced year on year over 100% revenue growth and are now expanding their team by hiring ambitious people who aspire to learn, develop, and make a lot of money in international recruitment.
The company have put together a great career progression programme where you start as a Resourcer / Trainee Recruiter and develop to a full cycle Recruitment Consultant. They will provide excellent sales and recruitment training as well as teaching you how to build your market.
The Role
Your job as a Trainee Recruitment consultant will include:
- Resourcing and calling candidates.
- Lead generation and gathering market intelligence.
- Writing and posting job adverts.
- Building relationships.
- Qualifying job specifications.
- Placing candidates on client projects.
Skills and Qualifications
The company are looking for entry level Recruitment Consultants to join their growing business with the following attributes:
- An ambitious individual who can think outside of the box and proactive in their way of working.
- A hard worker, enthusiastic, articulate and show entrepreneurial flair.
- Self-motivated and driven by results.
- Minimum of 6 months sales or commercial experience (Desirable)
- English speaking (Essential)
- French or Italian speakers (Desirable)
