Recruitment / HR Administrator - Temporary Assignment
The role:
Working at our Clients state of the art premises in Basildon, Essex. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment / HR Administrator with knowledge of the recruitment cycle and carrying out right to work checks as well as well as having a good understanding of HR Admin processes to assist in a busy HR Department for 8-10 weeks starting in January.
Duties:
- Employee life cycle particularly with support for new joiners and leavers (digital and paper reporting)
- Carrying out RTW (right to work) checks
- Taking up references for new starters
- File organising (both digital and paper)
- Cross checking records (digital and paper) and rectifying / updating missing records
- Clearing a backlog of filing (digital and paper)
- Other ad-hoc admin duties /involvement in projects
- Making and receiving calls
- Attending meetings
- You will need to have excellent literacy and PC skills with a good understanding of Ms Office.
- Sage HR experience is desirable but not essential.
The Package:
- Salary up to GBP14.00 per hour
- 15 hours per week (either reduced daily hours or 2 full 7.5 days)
- Working hours are flexible between 9am and 5pm

Due to location having your own transport is desirable, free on-site parking is available
