Recruitment Learning & Development Manager, Sales Trainer and Coach
Salary £50,000 per annum, plus performance bonus
Location Southampton. Flexible and part time working considered

To help us successfully deliver this goal we have a brand-new opportunity available. In this role you will be empowering our people daily through inspirational training delivery and coaching. You will be developing recruitment and sales skills and expertise, building motivation and resilience to achieve success. You will play an integral role in cultivating the learning culture within our growing business. Your new role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Deliver group and 1-2-1 coaching sessions, enhancing individual’s sales skills and capabilities
- Delivery of classroom and virtual training
- Identifying new members of staff through advertising and headhunting, interviewing and benchmarking.
- Ensuring a first-class onboarding experience for joiners, giving new team members the best start
- Review, design and create new training content
- Working with the regional leadership teams to identify skills gaps, deliver coaching support to enhance team and individual performance, ensuring that regional and team goals are achieved or exceeded
- Providing constructive insight and feedback on our people to leadership and help sustain learning objectives
- Managing and updating training records
- Ensuring training material evolves with the business and the industry
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven, successful track-record in recruitment and sales training
- Strong personal brand and credibility
- Ability to influence
- Experience in coaching and developing others
- Innovative thinker and open to change
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-player
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Natural communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Passion, drive and determination to develop others and yourself
- Ability to commute to all our offices
