Recruitment Manager - Technology

We're looking for an excellent recruiter who can lead a team to deliver an exceptional recruitment service to all our clients and candidates. You will be leading a team of both experienced and junior consultants within a successful market as an established brand and will be tasked with growing the contract recruitment team by developing new and existing client relationships.

Experience of delivering professional contract recruitment services under the Crown commercial service RM6160, Digital Outcomes and specialist (DOS 4) or G-Cloud frameworks would be preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Working with established and new team members to drive the technology contract recruitment desk and achieve agreed targets.
• Development and mentoring of all consultants in team to deliver quality service to all clients and candidates.
• Providing weekly reports on team outcomes and developing strategy for improvement areas.
• Working closely with individual team members to develop individual desk plans and highlight areas for growth.
• Participating actively in supporting PSL business for the team including working on tender responses, presentations, client reviews and guiding the development of the relationship. This may include personal responsibility for specific PSL relationships.
• Leading in new business for the team including presentations, client reviews and guiding development of the relationship.
• Building a strong team of successful recruitment consultants, hiring and onboarding new team members to grow the division.
• Training and coaching team members on all areas of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Monitoring contractor compliance and dealing with escalated queries.
• Fully demonstrating all areas of communication, team working, personal effectiveness, planning and problem solving, customer focus and sales excellence.

This position is within our successful Technology Contract team where you will be focusing on managing a team of consultants placing candidates on a contract basis.

You will have recruitment experience, ideally gained within technology, however, we welcome applications from leaders with a successful track record in other sectors.

You should be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previous revenue targets and also development of business relationships (both candidates and clients).

You must have ability for both new business generation and account management and delivery. Any experience of selling value-added services such as managed services, retained business or managing agency solutions is advantageous.

This role will be managing a team of consultants recruiting for both private and public sector clients within the contract market, so whilst knowledge of public sector frameworks isn't essential, experience within the contract market would be highly advantageous.

This role is hybrid and can be based out of our Dudley or Solihull offices.

This position is within our successful Technology team where you will be focusing on managing a team of consultants placing candidates on a contract basis.
