AJ Chambers is an award-winning and ambitious specialist recruitment business, focused within the Accountancy Practice, Commercial Finance, and Legal Practice sectors, based in Rochford, Essex.

We are growing due to success, and in order to reach our goal of becoming the number one trusted recruiter within each of the sectors in which we work.

We have moved to brand new offices in Rochford recently, and have a social team culture and frequent team entertainment events, which have included indoor skydiving, white water rafting, and industry and regional awards dinners.

We are looking to further our growth into the commercial / in-house finance sector, working alongside our accountancy practice team, and helping their clients to grow their finance and support divisions, as well as recruiting for finance teams for other businesses.

This is an opportunity with significant growth potential, and there is the opportunity to grow this team to mirror the geography and reach of our practice team, which currently sits at around 15 people.

This position would report into the Operations Director, and right person could join at Principal Consultant, Manager, Or Associate Director level, depending on their experience and what they could bring to the team.

As the role develops, there would be the opportunity to earn based on profit generated by the team, there is significant personal earning potential available for the right person.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experienced in recruitment in accountancy/finance
• Ability to lead and manage, both at trainee and experienced level
• Strong use of pro-active candidate sourcing methods including social media
• Understanding of legalities around terms of business and contracts
• A strong business developer and comfortable networker
