Recruitment Officer - Medical Workforce

To work in partnership with Recruitment Team colleagues to provide a pro-active, solution focussed and high quality Recruitment Service within defined KPIs in order to achieve service objectives and outcomes. Contribute to the working procedures of the Team to support Employer of Choice status.The Recruitment Officer is responsible for administering the Recruitment process, from end to end to include medical staff changeover and will actively engage with Recruitment Assistants , who undertake pre-employment clearances, to ensure the timely delivery of a quality recruitment service for all staff groups within allocated divisions.It is important for the Recruitment Officer to develop and maintain positive working relationships with Recruiting Managers in order to provide a client centred Recruitment Service. The Recruitment Officer will provide advice to recruiting managers in order to ensure their recruitment is processed efficiently and in line Trust Policies and procedures, and with legislation and best practice. Working together, the Recruitment Officers and Assistants will maintain a green dashboard within the TRAC Recruitment Management system each day and ensure that all messages are actioned within either defined KPIs .
