We’ve been setting the standard in recruitment for over 8 years and with more clients working with us as a trusted recruitment partner, we’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Resourcer to support our specialist Recruitment Team.
Combining all the best parts of customer service, researching, team culture and office experience, you’ll communicate with a range of people from all walks of life, scouring job boards for those 'golden unicorn’ candidates and matching them up with live roles.

As a Recruitment Resourcer at Niche Recruitment, your role will include:
- Identifying and contacting candidates that perfectly match our client’s briefs.
- Helping to arrange interviews, conducting after care, and providing 'Niche standard’ service to develop strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Creating talent pools of potential candidates, ready for our recruiters to contact.
- Uploading candidates to our CRM databases, recording all candidate and client activity as the recruitment process happens.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- An interest in joining the world of recruitment - with customer, client, sales, or office experience, which has made you a confident communicator.
- The ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- A strong attention to detail with a good eye for following processes.
The Role…
Joining us as a Recruitment Resourcer will see you working closely with our Co-Directors and Recruiters to source the perfect candidates for our clients in a range of sectors. Using job boards, social media and other candidate sourcing tools, you’ll create talent pools of potential candidates to ensure those looking for new opportunities are on our database and coded correctly.
You’ll play an integral role, contributing to the continued success of the team and allowing us to make even more 'Niche perfect’ candidate and client matches. With our dedication to a one-of-a-kind recruitment experience, you will help build long lasting relationships that clients and candidates alike can rely on.
