Reachout Medical specialise in providing qualified medical staff into Hospitals and Clinics either on a temporary shift assignment or a full time permanent position. We are seeking a dynamic, sales focused resourcer ideally with previous experience of working in the Medical Sector to further their career and grow within a solid forward-thinking company.
The responsibilities for the Recruitment Resourcer are as follows:
* Building strong relationships with candidates
* Understanding in full the job specs from clients
* Resourcing candidates through various channels available including, CRM, Job boards, Social Media Sites, WhatsApp, Website and Referrals
* Assigning medical staff to shifts across various hospitals and clinics across the UK.
* Conducting a thorough candidate screening and interviewing technique.
* Matching candidates to the right companies/positions.
* Working on vacancies at pace.
* Managing candidates through the placement
* Sending details to the payroll company and liaising with payroll companies with payroll queries
* Assisting colleagues with their recruitment needs
* Follow company procedure
* Inputting new candidates into CRM system, including candidate cards, ID, right to work compliance.
* Writing job specs to advertise across various channels
* Using recruitment software and MS Office applications on daily basis.
* Desire to achieve and exceed weekly, monthly targets
* Keen to earn commission
The skills required for the Recruitment Resourcer position are:
* Previous recruitment resourcing experience ideally in the Medical Sector.
* Sales focused, likes working to commission
* Great personality and communicative
* Good at Multi-tasking
* A good team player
* Computer literacy and good typing skills
* Mathematical and good numeracy skills
* A good level of English spelling and grammar
* Accurate with good attention to detail
* Show initiative
