Part time- Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator
20 -25 hours per week - 2-3 full days or 5 mornings per week
Salary negotiable
Office-based role (hybrid working possible)

Reresponsibilities:
Resourcing:
- Support the team by identifying candidates to put forward for permanent and temporary open jobs, identify, attract and short-list candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the job brief
- Identify new business opportunities through leads from candidates
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function and team
Recruitment Administration:
- Provide first line support for all enquiries
- Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and all relevant
- employment legislation and codes of practise
- Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database
- To comply with all relevant sector specific legislation, health and safety legislation, employee rights and responsibilities
- Assist with temporary payroll administration which will include sending out and keeping track of time sheets and general ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- An accurate worker with a good eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and escalate where necessary
- A confident and persuasive communicator with good questioning and listening skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Previous Recruitment, HR, sales and customer service and business administration is highly desirable
