• Use various online tools for recruitment• Market services and capabilities on social platforms• Source applicants for vacancies• Screen candidates to determine suitability• Develop job and personal specifications• Prepare job advertisements• Complete competency tests• Assist new starters with registration documentation• Arrange induction and training for new starters• Maintain a customer-focused attitude• Answer incoming calls and input information into database• Arrange interviews for candidates• Work towards KPIs
Requirements
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition• Ability to screen and assess candidates• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Customer-focused attitude• Organizational and time management skills• Ability to meet KPIs• Certificate and NVQ in Recruitment Resourcing at level 2 (apprenticeship requirement)• Willingness to undergo in-house training• Clear career progression plan at STR
