Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join our team servicing a large public sector client recruiting and fulfilling temporary vacancies.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 Hrs Pwk
Location: Hams Hall (office based) Must be able to drive to location as we are based within an industrial estate.
Salary: Up to £26,000 Per Annum
What will you be doing?

• Posting adverts on job boards
• Sifting CV's and screening suitable candidates
• Sourcing and screening candidates from various job boards
• Requesting and verifying them right to work documentation.
• Updating excel spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
• Organising, scheduling, and sending interview invites
• Managing central inboxes
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails from candidates, clients, send tier suppliers and flexible workers.
• Managing candidate queries via telephone and email
• Navigating and uploading documents onto our in-house applicant tracking system

What we are looking for
We are looking for a positive thinking, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise and focus on providing an outstanding support to a busy recruitment team.
This role would be suited to an experienced resourcer who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
