Recruitment Resourcer/Trainee Consultant

An exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer has become available to join our company.

You will work as part of our permanent team supporting consultants to source the best candidates in the market.

This will be a fast-paced role and will require you to be forward-thinking, have the ability to think outside the box and work hard in sourcing and attracting candidates.

About you:

· Previous experience within a recruitment role (advantageous, not essential)

· An excellent telephone manner

· Time management

· Proactive and Organised

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to make calls

The role

· Placing adverts online

· Shortlisting advert responses

· Sourcing candidate from various job boards

· Following recruitment processes

· Collating candidate documents including CV’s, ID and relevant paperwork

· Keeping systems updated

· Speaking to candidates

· Arranging interviews
