What does the role involve?
You will be responsible for managing the expectations and needs of both clients and candidates alike, and work alongside people who are just as passionate about delivering a great service as you are.
As a successful candidate you will be expected to:
- Deliver a first-class quality service to customers and candidates.
- Generate sales from existing and new clients. Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded at all times. Confident communicating with clients and customers if things have not gone to plan, but also building relationships to generate customer loyalty.
- To oversee that all operatives are booked out to specific jobs each day, – checked morning and afternoons.
- Ensure all operatives are booked to capacity at all times, when there are gaps in the schedule to be responsible for assisting the team to source alternative work from the pots of outstanding works.
- On call out of hours duties on rotating shifts (we operate a 24hr line, 7 days a week 52 weeks of the year)
- Thriving under pressure you will be capable of managing multiple priorities and working to critical deadlines and objectives.
- To be flexible with your hours to suit the needs of the business.
- Champion regulatory compliance within our quality accredited operation
What do you need to be successful?
A key part of your success in this role will be your:
- A real passion for recruitment
- Inter-personal qualities
- Full, UK driving licence.
- Experience of the transport, logistics or driving sectors is not necessary as full training on sector-specific legislation will be provided.
