Recycling Operative – Thriplow, Cambridge - £10.90PH
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Recycling Operative (progression into a Team Leader after a qualifying period) to work for our client based at their site in Thriplow, Cambridge.
Duties may include:
* Sorting recyclables into correct areas.
* Use machinery to feed recycling waste for processing.
* Inspect materials for any contaminations.
* Clean and maintain equipment.
* Meet the requirements of audits and cleaning specifications.
* Ensure the correct protective equipment is correctly worn at all times.
* Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards of health and safety.
* After a qualifying period our client would like the successful candidate to progress onto a Team Leader position.

* Be confident to take on a supervisory role after a qualifying period.

Pay rate: £10.90 per hour – after a 13 week qualifying period, the position will become a Team Leader role, where there will be an enhancement to the pay rate.
