Client Summary:
A leading manufacturer of Industrial Waste Management Systems, including vertical balers and waste compactors across a range of industries.
Position Summary:
* Working as a Fit-Out Engineer - the candidate will be getting involved with a new project for the company - the introduction of a new channel baler into manufacture at the UK hub. The role will entail a significant amount of trial-and-error work and requires candidates with a solid understanding of hydraulic systems.
* Working with a close-knit team, Engineers will be required to work together to help workout the best way to manufacture and develop the product - following on from this, the team will then be responsible for helping in the servicing and maintenance of said ma-chinery at the main site.
* The client is committed to ensuring their employees have a pathway to move up within the in the business, with successful candidates who show willing - progressing into more senior positions, working on bespoke installations / reactive maintenance for a more varied spec-trum of equipment. In addition to this, candidates are also encouraged to engage with the client in regards to further training and qualifications to develop their own career.
Roles can include:
* Working with Team to help develop new product
* Conducting planned maintenance on main site
* Working with hydraulics / electrics
Person Profile/Experience:
* A strong mechanical background is required.
* Experience with Hydraulics / Electrics
* Experience within a similar role
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2/3 (or similar in engineering)
