Contract: Permanent, full-time, 48 hours per week
Hours: 4 days over 7, Monday to Friday, 5:00am until 5:30pm
Location: Thirsk or Tancred Transfer Station

As a Loader, you'll be the face of our operation, ensuring consumer waste and recycling reaches its destination, whether it's a transfer station or waste recovery centre.
About You
We are looking for someone with great customer service, ready to go the extra mile for our customers. You will be confident communicating with the Depot and Customer Service Centre, reporting non-collections, anomalies with routes, vehicle defects, and other critical information to maintain our service standards.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a good understanding of the Yorkshire area, and although it would be desirable to have experience in collections and routes, we are committed to train a successful candidate with the willingness to learn and develop.
Working outside and in a manual environment, this role can be physically demanding. You will be required to load and maneuver heavy waste containers onto a vehicle lifting mechanism, plus handle and move other items as required.
It is desirable that you have a full UK Driving Licence, as you may be required to travel between sites during your work day.
