Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and outreach.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Create compelling proposals tailored to potential clients' needs.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Explore new markets and geographic areas for business expansion.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Waste Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel as required
- Full Clean UK Driving License
