The Role
This role is designed to support the expansion of LGL nationwide. You will generate your own new business leads as well as maximising those supplied by our Marketing Department. You should be professional, organised, and confident in working in a target orientated environment. You will be based out of a Regional Office. Full training will be given on all products and services.
Job description
- Identify & create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities;
- Contact prospective Clients, arrange appointments and prepare targeted notes prior to meeting;
- Build efficient days out on the road maximising time spent out of the office;
- Attend meetings with Prospective Clients to gain an understanding of their needs, goals and challenges of the business and how they currently meet these to then demonstrate how LGL will be able to support them going forward;
- Once their needs are identified, introduce & promote Key products;
- Update CRM effectively to manage your relationships and prospects pipeline, to allow for accurate forecasting, reporting, and to ensure you meet your KPI's;
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline, with a mix of prospects from across a variety of channels. Demonstrate an understanding of your pipeline in terms of prioritising opportunities, moving them through the stages and ensuring you are managing your activity in order to achieve your revenue targets.
- Increase wallet Share of existing Client Base;
- Expectations to deliver £750,000 - £1M of new business in the 1st year
Training and development plays and important role in the building of our team. LGL heavily invest in all our staff taking the time to nurture skills and experience. A full training programme will be provided to ensure you will have a strong understanding of LGL’s Key products, the competition and being able to sell value over price. System Training to be carried out remotely & in-house at the Buckingham Head Office.
