Exciting opportunity for a Regional Chef to join our Senior Leadership Catering Team! Responsible for delivering top-tier food standards to students, staff, visitors, and stakeholders. Key role in managing and developing the Chef team to elevate catering services. Drive innovation and enhance food quality across various locations and events. More about the role:

• • To continuously implement new core concepts, limited time only offers and innovation both on the high street, nationally and internationally, with relevance to Compass to ensure Compass & Deloitte are leading the way when it comes to food. 
  • Assist and provide hands on support in the mobilisation of new contracts and refurbishments.
  •  Drives, supports, and coaches units to participate in the B&I managed offer.
  •  Supports units to achieve a consistent GP through accurate delivery of concepts, offers and procedures.
  •  Ensures the unit chef teams & operations team support and drive sales by implementing central marketing offers and operational best practices.
  •  Coaching unit culinary teams to ensure that the required standards are always achieved in units.
  •  Builds strong relationships and works with the onsite culinary teams to always develop & inspire.
  •  Develops and maintain good working relationships with VM clients, helping the operational, sales and onsite teams to influence client decisions.
  • Maintain contact and working relationships through regular site visits and remotely within the VM business. 
  • Supports the trial and testing of new offers and works with the central teams to ensure that any central development work is aligned to sector requirements. 
  • Attends key events and launches, representing both VM, Compass Group and Business & Industry
  •   Develops and maintains good working relationships with, but not limited to; Operations Teams, Marketing, Culinary employees/leads, Commercial Departments, and suppliers.
  • Provide onsite culinary training & support when required by the business needs
