Houston & Hawkes have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Regional Chef to join our team, working at our prestigious client sites across London.

About the Role:
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Regional Chef who will take responsibility for delivering exceptional culinary experiences across various sites. You will be ambitious and commercially aware, with the charisma and presence to influence daily business operations. Leading by example and setting high standards, you will ensure that every site you work at meets and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrating a genuine passion for food and excellence in culinary skills
* Managing high levels of delivery and expectations at each site
* Building strong relationships with clients and staff
* Striving for excellence with a motivated and proactive attitude
* Taking initiative and making decisions that benefit our customers
* Working well under pressure with strong organisational and planning skills
* Maintaining high standards of food safety and allergen awareness
Regional Chef Requirements:
* A genuine passion for food
* Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry
* Previous experience as a Sous Che or Head chef
* Ability to produce high-quality food
* Takin part in mobilisation and opening new sites
* Brilliant communication skills and the ability to build relationships
* Initiative and decision-making skills to benefit our customers
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
* Willingness to travel as part of the role
* Self-motivated and adaptable
