Our client is looking for a dedicated Regional Cleaning Manager to oversee the management of Cleaning (Housekeeping) services across a designated region, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the client estate.

As the Regional Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness within your area.

​This role includes managing a team of managers who oversee frontline delivery, ensuring that cleaning services are performed to meet and exceed client expectations.

Your leadership and organisational skills will be crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our client's cleaning services, contributing to the overall success of their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day patch operational management of Housekeeping, Washroom & Pest Control Services
  • Ownership of help desk work orders within their area / remit and ensure all work orders are updated within specified Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Plan and allocate work to ensure effective use of resources including staff and equipment
  • Oversight of rosters/schedules via WFM (T&A) systems
  • Oversight of housekeeping audit programme via ServiceTrac to agreed schedule/s and follow through on actions, ensuring timely reporting to senior management as required
  • Ensure that standards are consistently achieved and maintained and improved where there is opportunity
  • Ensure Operations Performance cleaning methods are actioned where required and processes are maintained

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Previous experience of managing cleaning contract sites,
    soft services or similar at area level
  • Previous experience of managing people at management level
  • Knowledge of cleaning to BICSs Standards / ISS auditing procedures
  • Experience of working to budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that will allow you to influence and negotiate with clients
  • Work collaboratively with others within the function and wider business
