Typical day as our Regional Director: 

• Review and align the regional operational planwith our strategic goals, ensuring a seamless and effective housingservice.
• Provide dynamic leadership, fostering a culture ofexcellence and transparency in customer service across the region.
• Collaboratively work with the Customer Experienceteam to make informed decisions, focusing on customer feedback andneeds.
• Oversee safety and quality through regularinspections and compliance checks in our homes and communal areas.
• Lead proactive maintenance strategies, ensuringefficient handling of repairs and customer complaints.
• Drive a high-performance team culture througheffective management, mentoring, and by embedding our values in dailyoperations.

Job details: 

• Looking after our Central region which covers anarea from the Midlands to the East
• Full time, 37.5 hpw, flexible working hours (we’reopen to agreeing a work pattern with you). If you need to nip out to walkthe dog or do the school run, we’re ok with that too! 
• Flexible hybrid working (based from any of ournational offices) with regular travel including to the North-East where ournew, state of the art Head Office is based and also working fromhome.
• A full current driving licence as you’ll work andtravel on a national basis and will be provided with a car allowance as part ofyour remuneration package to do that. 
• You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we payfor that.
