Regional eCommerce Manager needed!

Improving lives is a big part of what they do, where they work with up to 100 different brands, making sure that these improvements takes place.
Purpose: you will be instrumental in helping grow the ecommerce function of the business, throughout Europe and Latin America. There will be central focus on European Amazon.
This role: is for someone who is willing and wanting to roll their sleeves up, hit the ground running, and innovate expansion and development!
Key responsibilities:
- You will be working closely with the senior Heads of to develop and implement ecommerce plans and strategy.
- You will focus on Latin American markets (such as Brazil) and European markets (such as France, Germany, Italy, among others).
- You will be prioritising different locations and geographies for development and expansion.
- Hitting financial targets regarding the locations ecommerce.
- Building and maintaining relationships while presenting cases to launch brands.
- Considering and adhering to legal matters surrounding Intellectual Property.
- Managing and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with agencies and consultants as well as key stakeholders within the business.
- Staying in-tune with Digital Marketing trends and developments.
- Taking a key role in ecommerce meetings (e.g. global ecommerce council).
- Pay: DOE, £80,000 - £100,000 + 15% bonus.
- Chippenham based office.
- Hybrid: 2 days in the office (flexible depending on location).
- 40 hours a week.
The absolute must have's!:
- Between 3-5 years in an ecommerce.
- Working in European Amazon (1P or 3P is ideal).
- Experience in managing brand stores.
- Experience in working with AMS.
- Strong knowledge in ecommerce trends.
- Practical knowledge and experience on online retailer platforms, working on lead generation models on social media platform.
