Your Role: As a Regional Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of our core services in the region. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading regional teams to deliver engagement and fundraising strategies.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve regional goals.
• Overseeing volunteer recruitment, management, and support.
• Inspiring and supporting your team to achieve goals and KPIs.
