SalaryAn extraordinary opportunity is available for a Regional Exec Chef for an luxury Elite Hotel group in Scotland. All the hotels are minimum 3aa Rosette and your role is to oversee 3 of the flagship sites in Scotland and you will be reporting to the owners who happens to be a culinary icon.
Regional Exec Chef Snapshot:
- Salary upto £75,000
- Paid travel expenses
- Accommodation provided when staying away from home
- This is not a live in role
- All 3 hotels are known worldwide
- All hotels have a minimum 3aa Rosette
- To work with and guide the 3 different hotels
- This is geared towards being a consultancy role
- Working closely with local colleagues and schools for talent
- Please note you must have worked at 3aa Rosette or Michelin level (minimum) to be taken through for this role.
This is a mixture of being in the kitchen observing and monitoring plus being all over the necessary paperwork.
Please be aware that these hotels are situated in absolutely stunning and at times remote locations – you must be a driver and have access to a car.
