We’re on the lookout for a Regional Fundraising Officer, to join in an energetic role within a successful, growing team. This is a new role for the charity, where you can make a difference. The Regional Fundraising Officer will be based in the South - where there will be plenty of opportunity, to go out and about to communities such as schools and local organisations, along with supporting individuals with events.
This role calls for someone to forge excellent relationships in community and challenge events along with other various income streams. The Regional Fundraising Officer will be excited to create opportunities to engage with the whole charity’s community.

Home Based (South)
Salary - Up to £29,000
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Developing and implementing new relationships with a range of supporters
- Generating funds for the charity across a range of income streams
- Being the main contact for events in the South
- Exploring new community-based events to attract audiences and engage existing supporters
- Identify and steward existing and potential relationships in your area
- Researching new funding opportunities from community and corporate supporters
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Experience and passion to work in fundraising
- Experience of building successful relationships
- Ability to confidently communicate with the public, positively influence and persuade people to support your own ideas
- Ability to motivate, inspire and lead supporters at various levels
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the area
