About the role…
Joining a fantastic and passionate team of HR folk, you will take on responsibility for 10 sites in locations including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling and Aberdeen.

As Regional HR Manager you will identify challenges and opportunities at site/ regional level and support the team to recruit, retain and train the best people. You will ensure that employee engagement and wellbeing are at the forefront of what we do, with our people driving the business forwards.
About you…
Passionate about people and making measurable impact, you will be dynamic and determined in ensuring our people get the best of experiences. You know that people are central to our success, and you will be excited to use the tools available and be creative/ innovative when we need something new.
With an eye for detail and your ear to the ground, you will use existing systems/ reports and ongoing dialogue with your sites to identify and solve HR challenges.
Professional, credible and with a collaborative approach, you will have the ability to forge relationships internally and externally.
