One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking to recruit a number of Regional HSEQ Consultants to support on the mobilisation and launch of a major national account, for a UK Government client within Agriculture and Environmental affairs
The site portfolio consists of agricultural buildings, post mortem rooms, R&D labs, various high containment facilities, office spaces and more. The contract will involve Hard and Soft services, and you will provide a Regional level of HSEQ coverage to monitor and manage risk.
This is a fantastic role for a developing HSEQ professional looking to further specialise within a prestigious account, on more a unusual profile of site, working for a world class employer, at the front line of service delivery, supporting from a H&S perspective
Actions will include:
- Support the Implementation of The UK HSEQ strategy, policy, business plan and budget arrangements within the nominated region and wider Account on HSEQ matters.
- Act as an SME on all HSEQ matters including incident investigation, culture change and internal auditing
- Support delivery and monitoring of an internal and Client audit programme via ISO standards 45001, 9001 & 14001.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the HSEQ policy in conjunction with the UK Team
- Assist in proactively deliver the UK safety, health and wellbeing KPIs
- Engage and work with management to create a strong culture which recognises ownership of HSEQ management at all levels
- Collation, analysis and dissemination of HSEQ information and statistics
We need from you:
- Nebosh Diploma or above ideally plus clear HSEQ experience
