We are searching for a driven Regional Loss Prevention Manager to become an integral part of our Loss Prevention team. In this field-based role covering Northeast England, Scotland, and Ireland, you'll lead the charge in devising and implementing innovative strategies to safeguard our retail estate. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate internal and external theft/fraud cases, working closely with our Fraud Investigation Manager.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Store Leadership teams to optimise performance.
- Design and implement effective Loss Prevention training programs to minimise loss.
- Oversee annual stocktake programs and compliance initiatives within designated regions.
- Conduct ad-hoc visits to address concerns, offer coaching, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyse data to ensure stock integrity and contribute to shaping future Loss Prevention Strategy.
- Build and maintain key relationships with local law enforcement and town partnerships.
The Candidate:
- 3+ years in multi-site Loss Prevention or extensive store leadership experience.
- Ready to go: Full UK driving license required (Car allowance provided).
- Data and Due Diligence: Proficiency in data analysis, tech-savvy with working knowledge of EPOS systems.
- Dynamic Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
- Business Acumen: Commercial awareness and ability to handle confidential information.
