With no day ever being the same the Regional Maintenance Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a clear roadmap, deploy and control strategies focused to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Drive improvements in first-time right for technicians, contractors and cost per installation.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team in maintenance, service, and customer engineering
- Lead and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical understanding in the oil and gas/ Chemical Processing / Heavy industrial / Gas processing industry.
- Team management experience of 50+ employees
- Degree or qualified through significant engineering or business experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
