Regional Manager

Well regarded independent estate agents in the Northeast who's staff are placed at the heart of their operations.
I'm seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Manager to lead a group of established offices (10/12) driving residential sales, lettings , FS and conveyancing.
Position: Regional ManagerLocation: North East
Salary: c.£40,000 base, £65,000 plus OTE uncapped!
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Head of Residential

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Estate Agency Manager to oversee multiple branches across the North East. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting individual branch managers and their teams, driving business growth, and increasing profitability while upholding the highest standards of customer service. This position requires a flexible approach, with the ability to address the unique needs and interests of each branch while aligning with the overall company objectives.

• Supervise regional branches:Oversee operations within your designated region, ensuring each branch meets company standards.
• Increase income: Maximise revenue from our four primary income streams to enhance overall profitability
• Support and develop:Assist and mentor branch managers and their teams to achieve targets, increase market share, and enhance overall performance.
• Monitor performance:Assess branch and manager performance, identify areas for improvement, implement corrective plans, and provide constructive feedback and recognition.
• Collaborate with leadership:Work closely with the Head of Residential to drive business growth and align regional activities with overall company objectives.
• Ensure staffing efficiency:Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Identify training needs:Recognise and address training requirements to enhance team capabilities.
• Strategy meetings: Lead and present at strategic network meetings to drive business improvement and growth
• Handle escalated complaints:Manage escalated complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company reputation.

Experience
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate agency management, preferably with expertise in overseeing multiple offices. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of delivering outstanding results and driving success.
