You will

Your Mission: In charge of execution of the MultiBrand Commercial strategy at regional level to achieve sell-in targets and drive sell out plans, by fostering cooperation between Business Partners, Business Experts and Education Experts and focusing on the development and coaching of their team. 

Reporting to The Head of French Brands, the opportunity for achievement lies in your capability to effectively lead, coach & motivate a team of Business Partners to deliver results and exceed targets consistently. This role will provide you the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills and delivering strong performance and standards through your team. The ability to remain composed and deliver consistently under pressure, will be essential for leading your team effectively. You will also lead & support on key projects and work streams, be the voice of the salons within the division, consistently propose & present creative ways to enhance customer relations and profitability for the brands.

 

Be responsible for:

•    Creating and delivering a Regional Strategy to drive performance, in line with the overall direct strategy.

•    Achieving sales, DN targets & other strategic goals whilst Guaranteeing PPD’s and PPD brands’ image and awareness in your region

•    Managing & tracking A&P budget

•    Defining priority customers and monitoring team customer touchpoints are aligned with customer segmentation and logical to make the most effective use of time.

•    Targets new key customers supports the chosen Business Partner to engage and covert the customer to PPD.

•    Successful acceleration of L’Oréal Partnershop functionality in the region to increase customer LPS autonomy.

•    Positively performance manage the teams, setting clear behavioural & commercial objectives and performance expectations for all. Ensuring all the team have regular 1:1s, personal development plans and that training needs and skill developments are identified, and suitable support and training is provided.

•    Conduct regular Field Visits to review performance and coach your team members, ensuring their commercial and customer skills are developing in line with the commercial excellence vision and accelerating all aspects of the O+O Customer journey.

•    Support the commercial talent pipeline, recruiting high potential Business Partners, identifying, and developing talent and supporting meaningful career conversations and plans.

•    Instill a data driven culture with the team to accelerate performance. Use data metrics to track & achieve commercial goals along with customer growth and business partnership.

•    Cascade and manage a constant stream of clear communication with your teams, ensuring they understand the commercial vision, the brand and individual KPI’s and 

•    Identify any barriers to success in the field and proactively collaborate and problem solve across all functions to remove them.

•    Lead Cycle meetings to motivate team, to ensure commercial results are optimized through clarity of communication, skill development, products, and process knowledge. 

•    Positively collaborate with all functions to deliver brand ambitions and vision within accounts in a way that compliments customer strategy. 

•    Strong, creative business negotiations with your accounts striving for mutual benefit. Ability to quickly identify sales opportunities and drive P+L improvements.

•    deliver trainings with intermediate expertise a variety of areas and facilitate online and offline workshops.
