About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing advice to producers to improve performance and profitability.
- Drive the continuous improvement of production, welfare and technical standards on the farm.
- Carry out routine visits and provide feedback.
- Review, analyse and utilise performance data reports.
- Check and update information relating to flock housing, depopulation and forecasts.
- Assist the Milling, Rearing, Green Energy and hen processing business units.
- Liaise with Packing centres to ensure all transactions are efficient and effective.
- Continuously develop and share knowledge with producers.
About you:
Essential
- Experience in the poultry or agriculture sector
- Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A drive for continuous improvement.
- Enquiring mind to challenge and ensure a good culture.
- Proactive and action-orientated.
- Professional manner and able to take ownership.
- Good level of Numeracy and Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft 365
