SalaryLeading national loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint two additional Regional Managers to its Property Adjusting Division to help facilitate the ongoing expansion it has been going through for the last few years.
- The positions will be home based and you can live anywhere within the UK, whilst you manage a home based team of anywhere from 6-10 property adjusters, who will in turn will generally be handling domestic and high net worth losses up to £100,000.
- You will report to the UK Head of Property and be responsible for all aspects of the management of your team.
- You will also handle a small caseload (less than 10) of the slightly larger and more complex losses broadly within the area in which you live.
About you:
- Candidates will ideally have some team management experience within loss adjusting but our client is equally happy to consider adjusters who are at a "senior" level and would like to take their career into management.
- Above all you must have a genuine appetite to take on supervisory responsibilities, to undertake mentoring and to lead from the front.
- Professional qualifications through ACII or ACILA would be preferred but are not essential.
Salary & Benefits:
