Senior Nursery Manager

We are working with an independent children’s day nursery group who are currently looking for a Senior Nursery Manager to support their nursery settings in Brighton.

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager looking to take the next step in their childcare career.

Your role will include:

• Travelling to support individual settings within the nursery group
• Overseeing the monitoring, assessment, and development of the nursery settings
• Promoting and ensuring the provision of quality and consistent childcare in line with the EYFS
• Ensuring safeguarding procedures are maintained
• Ensuring DBS/PVG compliance is met
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with external agencies
• Ensuring safeguarding procedures are maintained

You will ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years experience within a nursery management role
• An Early Years degree or minimum level 3 childcare qualification such as NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
• A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
• Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes
• Full UK driving license
