Bright Selection is recruiting a Regional Operations Director to play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational and quality aspects of a growing luxury care home portfolio spread across the South of England. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, resident satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple luxury elderly care homes.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to Home Managers and senior support teams.
- Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and compassion within the management team.
- Establish and maintain quality standards and protocols in accordance with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality.
Requirements:
- Recognised qualification i.e. RGN, MBA, L5 Diploma.
- The ideal candidate will be nurse qualified with current NMC Pin, but this isn't an essential criteria.
- Extensive experience in operations and quality management within the private elderly care sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
- £95,000pa plus mileage and expenses
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- full time 40hrs per week
