We are seeking an experienced, successful individual to fulfil our Regional Manager role in Milton Keynes, overseeing the teams on 3 of our established desks, plus a key account - all with extensive growth opportunities:
- Cultivation of existing client spend, working closely with existing clients to gain new business within their network in other regions
- Book and lead regular service visits with key clients, also ensuring all billing clients are met with within calendar quarter
- Financial forecasting and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Able to act quickly and decisively.
- Overall accountability for the performance of the desks and teams, leading reviews, creating targets and encouraging personal development of all team members.
- Circa £8m P&L management
We're looking for an individual to take full autonomy of the overall service delivery to our existing clients, developing new business to aid the growth of the branches, whilst being able to manage and support their teams, creating a busy but vibrant environment.
In order to succeed you’ll need to demonstrate a passion for developing your career, recruitment isn’t a 9-5 industry but the rewards can be exceptional, our people thrive on working in a fast paced, lively working environment, you’ll be confident, highly motivated and with excellent communication skills, have the ability to converse at all levels of management both internal and external.
Previous recruitment experience in the driving sector is preferable, with a robust 360 background.

- Starting Salary up to £40,000 - (realistic OTE £60,000).
