The Role
Job Title: Operations Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are recruiting for an Operations Manager for our Derbyshire Mental Health services.
As an Operations Manager you will coordinate, develop and supervise the work of our teams across our mental health support services throughout Derbyshire, ensuring good practice in the support of people using our services. You will take overall responsibility for coordinating outcomes information and providing monthly operations reports to the Head of Support and Community Services.
We are looking for someone who will work in a way that promotes and drives forward the culture, values and ethos of the organisation, putting people first.
